TITLE: Call Centre Supervisor
CLOSING DATE: 5th September 2010
START DATE: Immediate
HOURS: Full time (40 hours) Permanent contract
WAGE: £16,000 per annum
WORK PATTERN: Monday – Friday (with some Saturdays) 9-6 (5 days)
We are looking for an experienced individual to take on the supervising of our Call Centre.
A successful candidate will…
- Drive and deliver sales performance meeting KPIs
- Manage reporting requirements
- Identify training needs throughout the call-centre team
- Coach & mentor team in order to enhance performance
- Obtain and provide feedback on the data and sales performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conduct one-on-one review with all team staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of team sales and activity performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruit, test, and hire team staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
