I just wanted to congratulate you on your excellent customer service. When I emailed to say that the boots I received were too wide, I wasn't expecting too much to be honest.
However, not only I was I called with the offer of a refund or replacement, I was also told that my boots could be altered if I wanted to. I took this option and within a week I have them back and they are brilliant!
This customer service is rare these days and it just goes to show the benefit of choosing an English company with their own factory rather than getting imported ones.

I wanted to say how very impressed I am with your customer service. I have only ever bought my sheepskin boots from you along with other items over the years. I had purchased the black button ones on more than one occasion and fancied a change, when I asked if any of your other styles would be made in black, I was told that some could be made and to let you know which ones I liked, the two styles I selected ( I couldn't make up my mind) have just turned up a little over a week later. I am so glad I didn't look elsewhere for a different style of black sheepskin boot and just asked the question to which I was most pleasantly surprised by the response.
Thanks you again, all the staff I corresponded with or spoke to were most helpful and efficient. Best of all your ability to look after even just one customer could not be faulted.

I also purchased several years back the 'postmans bag', sheep-skin gloves and the knee-high boots in Mocca, which I wear all the time during the cold wintry weather. They are the best and wisest purchase I have every made.
Nothing on the high-street can beat your boots and slippers, together with the service you provide.

I know Anne has already written to you to tell you how wonderful the boots you so kindly donated to us were, but I wanted to add my thanks as well.
Our Guide tried to persuade us to wear their boots for our trip out into the deep snow and extreme cold, but both Anne and I said we would rather wear our sheepskin boots! I am so pleased I did – they were absolutely fantastic and my feet didn’t get cold at all. Anne probably told you, but on the 2nd day when we left the cabin to go out the temperature was -31C!!! It was probably the same on the first day, but we hadn’t checked!
I really can’t say strongly enough how fantastic those boots were in such very cold conditions. By the way they also sunk deep into the snow on a few occasions with no ill effects!!

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled i have been with my sheepskin popper boots!!
I have just returned from a very snowy , minus 14 degrees in Tallinn Estonia, and i could not have survived the week without the boots!!! I found they were more comfortable without socks and my feet were as warm as toast trudging through snow for hours on end! The soles had enough grip to keep me upright too!!! I sprayed them with protector 3 times before i left for Tallinn and they have returned in pristine condition without a single mark on them!
I wished i had also bought the sheepskin gloves (i have now placed an order for them!) as the warmest gloves i had were no match for the freezing temperatures : (
I will be recommending your products to friends from now on.

My boots has arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, I wasn't home so the postman took back the parcel. I went to the post office this afternoon, as soon as I could, to get my boots right away. I just can't wait to see my first boots and try them on.

And they're great new boots - replacing the pair I bought in 1999 which I have worn through on the side of the boot (and almost no tread left!). Worn for months on end through 5 consecutive New York winters when we lived over there . . . and a God-send when I broke a toe and could not wear any other footwear for 3 months straight.

I have had my Cabra boots for a couple of weeks now and my children are asking if they have been glued onto my feet! Not only are they more stylish than the Ugg Australia boots, they are actually a better cut around the foot - so they don't slop when you walk. Just wanted to say that I think your products are really great - really well made and really well fitting. I had never bought anything from you before until December when I went slightly overboard on about 5 items, but I love everything I got and it's worth every penny!

Just to say what a magical feeling it was when I slipped my cold feet into my sheepskin popper boots... Not only were they a snug cosy fit it was like walking on air! A dream boot which truly is gorgeous!

I have just received my order of the tall Brown Gumboot and would like to say how thrilled I am with them. They do have attitude and they will take me from fields to cities with no white tide marks in this weather. They are so light and extremely comfortable and plenty of room for extra socks and sheepskin insoles. As I have not tried them outside yet I am hoping they will have good grip as well. I know I will have many years of wear from them so forget Hunters and go for
these truly classic gumboots.

Back in Sept 2009 I bought a pair of your Aqualamb boots....What a fantastic investment that was. They have not been off my feet since 17th Dec 2009.
They are light enough to drive in, not look out of place indoors, absolutely fabulous for clearing away the snow in. They are so snug I don't even wear socks with them.
Well done for the perfect all round, all weather, all fashion boot, and thank you, I will be ordering more...that's if this pair ever wear out!

I don't normally leave feedback but I have just received my first pair of Celtic Sheepskin boots and slippers and have to praise you on the quality, delivery service and value for money!!
I was recommended by a friend and since then have been adamant not to buy any of the other similar sheepskin boots/slippers currently in the shops! The sole and tread of the boots is fantastic and doesn't come close to the other foam soles that are used.
Exactly what I expected - authenticity, comfort & great value for money!!

This is a little belated. I bought a pair of toscana boots 3 years ago for christmas. I love them.
Over the last few weeks I have worn them everyday to travel to work and also out of work. They have kept my feet so warm and cosy despite the fact they have been soaked in snow . I have received loads of comments from other ladies enquiring after my boots and I always recommend Celtic.
I would not touch any other brand and have decided that I will shortly invest in another pair of boots in a different style.

Dear All at Celtic sheepskin Happy new year to you all.
In the summer we holidayed in cornwall - as we usually do!, and I visited your shop in Newquay. It was a sweltering day but I decided to buy some sheepskin slippers and treated myself to a pair of bow boots. I have to say I did feel slightly guilty as I thought the boots were a luxury for someone my age - 55. However they have turned out to be the best buy of the year as we have had such freezing weather and the Monday before christmas I was snowed in as there was a blizzard in High Wycombe and the roads became gridlocked for about 7 hours. Although I have a 4x4 and it coped well with the hills cars were abandoned and lorries were sliding down hills so were banned from moving by the firebrigade. The road I was in was blocked by parked cars and a lorry so I couldn't get home but luckily I was wearing my lovely new boots and was SO chuffed that I'd bought them as I trudged through the snow to a nearby hotel where I slept on a chair in the lobby till 7.00 the next morning! All through this weather my feet and legs have been toasty warm (and dry)so THANK YOU for such a great product, I blessed the day I bought them. I keep flagging up your company to all who comment on my footwear and urge them to support you rather than buy Uggs.
Sorry to ramble on but wanted to thank all your staff who were so helpful while I was making my purchases and I look forward to visiting the shop again this summer!

I love Celtic Sheepskin! I am truly grateful to my husband for buying me my biker jacket (the one with the massive collar) for my birthday in November. I just wanted to thank you so much for your awesome Celt Knee High Boots! I ordered the tan last year and loved them so much I just ordered the Black.
I'm from the US and we had 2 feet of snow in Northern Virginia, which is unheard of. I wore....well trudged through the 2 feet of snow which was up to my knees and your boots stayed dry and kept my feet so warm.
They are so classy and go well with anything. So much better than the standard Uggs, which is all you can find here in the states.
I've told all my friends and family about your superb company and the quality of your boots.

[Gum Boots] Brilliant boots! I gave them an outing in the snow yesterday and they exceeded my expectations. The flexible uppers meant that even my rather wide feet were comfortable, and the rugged soles kept me upright throughout the blizzard. Having warm and dry feet is a welcome combination; my husband’s feet were frozen in mainstream wellingtons. Well worth the cost.

Thank you for my Celtic long boots. I was amazed, I've got a lot of other leading brands but Celtic sheepskin are the Highest quality most beautiful on Market.
I paid for next day Delivery got them next day at 8.30am, 3/4" sheepskin (felt denser than leading brand), leather trim, not stated on description but a USP (leading brands use cotton), solid hardwearing sole, elegant thinner shaping round feet (not as clunky as the leading brand!)

Just taken delivery of some ribbon boots. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I now have 7 pairs of your boots bought over the years - and some slippers. They are all stylish, hardwearing and great value. And they generate compliments !
Yesterday, I was running down the road ( wearing a pair of your Nanook boots bought YEARS ago) to escape and coming towards me were 3 young men. As I ran past them, one yelled " nice boots dahlin' " ( I can spell darling but this is the way he pronounced it !) It made me smile and cheered me up. So thank you !!

Guess what arrived on Saturday! My new biker boots!!! THEY ARE GORGEOUS!
I was so excited when I saw the parcel, the lady in the post office demanded that I opened the parcel there and then so she could see them. By the time I left , I'd tried them on, fashioned them to the now 3 other ladies in the queue and logged onto to your website so they could see where I had got them! You now have 4 more Canadian fans!

Wow --- just recieved my Hooded toscana coat and it really is a dream!! Even better than it looks in the brochure---soooo soft and snuggly--- I can really recommend it---not cheap but worth every penny !

I would just like to thank the gentleman I spoke to on the phone for answering my million and one questions - he was very informative (how refreshing it was to speak to someone who obviously 'knew his stuff') and extremely patient! Having chosen your boots over all the other Ugg boots available on the open market, I decided to go for the Aqualamb Boots over the Rugged Supertread and am so pleased with them - I really love them - a lot! I can't wait for it to be cold enough for me to wear them and am particularly pleased that I won't have to worry if I get caught in the rain!

Thank you for your advice regarding Celtic boots. My Mocca short popper boots have just arrived and I can turn down the cuff which is what I wanted. They are absolutely great.
Also they arrived today in spite of the postal strike so I assume that Parcel Force is not part of Royal Mail.

I just wanted to say thanks for a very speedy delivery after I returned my size 6 Side Tie boots for a size 5. They only took two days to reach me from you receiving my returned pair. I have since learnt not to go "up a size" as they do need to be very snug when first tried on!

I'm totally addicted to these wonderful boots - I've just received the latest additions to my collection - I purchased the Clogs with backs in Grey & the Classic boots in Black & they are simply fab!
As usual, they arrived in just 3 days & are so well made, and to think they are machine washable too!. Along with those 2, I already have the slipper Booties in Black, Classic boot in Mocha, Shorties in Spice & the House boots.
