I received my order with your usual superb efficient service, including exceptionally good packaging. The colour was stunning and the quality impressive I loved the bottons! However the style just didn't suit my body shape so very vey reluctantly it had to go back. I ordered large as I usually take a 16 on the top and I thought the 12-14 would be too small.

My recent order was so exciting to receive and as arranged I paid for next day delivery and it duly arrived as promised. I cannot take my slippers off and the baby boots and mitts were very well received by my cousin for her 3 week old little girl Olivia. I just wanted to write to you to let you know how pleased I am about my new sheepskin boots!
My boyfriend ordered them for my birthday (I wanted a good quality pair without paying a ridiculous price, and becoming a walking advertisement for Uggs!). They are comfortable, cozy and appear to be very well made. In addition we received fantastic customer services (I think the chaps name was Paul), who was very helpful.

This is the second set of boots I have bought for my granddaughters (aged 5 and 7) and they are thrilled yet again. The first sets, which they have now grown out of, are almost as good as new. The standard of the boots is really wonderful and I would not hesitate in recommending them. They were delivered in three days – really efficient.

Received ordered items on time - Thank you - my 6 year old daughter couldn't wait to get hold of her Mongolian boots.... Lovely colour (spice), very soft and fluffy, she loves them!! Pleased about labels telling us that boots should fit very tight at first (my daughter had a crying fit saying they were too small, but after having heard the explanation she finally got convinced the size was right... Pheeeewwww....). Flatout bear is a present for 6 month old baby boy, who hopefully will be pleased... Nice things, good quality and what a pleasure, made in England!!! Thank you I am delighted with them all - and thank you for dispatching the slippers which were omitted from my order, so quickly. I already adore the shrug and am almost impatient for the cooler weather to come! The boots and slippers are my first purchase of footwear- I have a 5.5 shoe and ordered 6 which feels quite tight: however you warn this is likely and I'm sure that once I wear them they will ease, they certainly feel very cosy. Hello, I thought you might like to know that I am just about to buy my second pair of sheepskin bootee slippers ... I bought the first pair about 12 years ago and have worn them almost day in day out for around 8 months of each of those years. They have been one of my most treasured possessions, gloriously warm and comfortable, and I have literally worn them into the ground. I love them, and I hope that my second pair will become as loved as my first.

Thank you so much for my order that arrived at 8.00 this morning (I placed my order by phone lunch-time yesterday!). The cardigan is absolutely gorgeous and I love it. I rather doubt the 16-18 size though, and would suggest that it is more a 14-16 as it fits so well, so I am glad that I opted for the larger size.

The puddies and booties I ordered for my new granson are SO CUTE!
The quality is excellent and I particularly liked the finishing touches of the tabs on the ties rather than just laces.

I received my order on Monday and was delighted with the boots for my husband and the slippers for myself. I knew the quality would be second to none as I already own a pair of Celtic boots. The boots for hubby are a surprise anniversary gift as he always has cold feet in the winter and comes to bed and expects to warm them on me. Seriously though, he does suffer from cold feet and from my experience with my boots, I am certain this will be a thing of the past. The bootee slippers will be a bit of luxury to sink my feet into after a long day. Thanks Celtic Sheepskin.

My sister in-law is so delighted with her slippers, we ordered a pair of boots yesterday - the 'clacker' ones. I bought a pair of black knee length popper boots from you last year and they were perfect for that nasty winter we had - I lived in them. Also, unlike complaints I've heard from people wearing Australian sheepskin boots during winter, that they let in water, mine never did, despite walking through snow. We're really delighted with these items Thank you!

The anticipation was too much and when I opened the box it was so exciting and I was not disappointed. Thank you to all your staff that created these gorgeous products. I bought two lovely jumpers (girls’ bell sleeve) and two pairs of boots (mini Mongolian spice and the red mini celt). The colours are great and the girls (age 4 and 6) love them and do not want to take them off! I will report back to let you know how they have performed after 6 months wear! I have had my slipper bootees and knee-highs for several years now and I would like to say that I have been extremely pleased with them. They are so cosy and warm! I have just washed them in the washing machine on a wool programme with Stergene. They are SO CLEAN, SO THICK, FLUFFY AND COSY AROUND MY TOES AGAIN. Just like new! I also purchased many years back the Postman Leather Bag and the strap came away from the bag. I contacted you last year and was told to send it back for repair. It came back by return post as good as new, free of charge. What service! Your customer service department is extremely helpful, friendly and very, very efficient. Once again, very many thanks.

This winter, I decided to treat myself to new boots, as the ones I had were a bit faded. I was stunned when I realised that I had had them for 14 years. The new boots have attracted lots of compliments as they are a lovely shade of green. The old ones became the mucky dog walking boots rather than wellies in cold weather, but they were filthy today, and I have washed them at 30deg - perfect. Just back from Oz, and I reckon your boots are superior to Ugg. It is just marvellous to have a British company which produces such superior products. My only complaint is that as they are so comfortable, I have to force myself to remove when I come indoors - or I might develop trench foot.

Well.......... What can I say apart from WOW! Yet another pleasant experience from Celtic Sheepskin so thats why I keep coming back. I have had boots from this company for approx 28 years now even before they were named Celtic Sheepskin & I have always been more than pleased with my boots & especially the service. On my visit today to get some popper boots, there were 6 pairs in my size & the lovely lady took out all 6 pairs for me to look at without me even asking her to, what a star! & you certainly couldn't ask for better service than that could you! I have even got Celts for my son from when he was size 1, age 18 months old & now at age 11, 5ft 5 & size 8 in a boot. He is on his 4th pair, Aqualambs this time, not because they have worn out, but because he has grown, so the Celt boots last forever as I buy them a generous fit & he wears them until they are a little snug so all in all, great value for money! Proper job me ansomes & thanx again.

Just to say I love your clothing and stuff. I pass your catalogue on to all my friends in Canada where I am now living (if you want a canadian outlet let me know) I wish I had money to buy all of it up myself though! I have a pair of tall knee high boots in brown and ADAORE them. Now my mum and dad bought me the Himalayan long Gillette and all i get is admiration each time I wear it, its AMAZING! I have one request (apart from sending em stuff for free!) which is could you do a few more varieties of boot in the tall knee high type. I see you are now doing the new lace across, but would love that side lace up one in peachy colours as a tall boot, or the shaggy toscana one tall would be good. Wow. As usual, quality boots and fantastic service. I had my previous boots for some years, even washing them on several occasions! Having received the new boots, the colour has faded but not by much. Also I would say that I mended my old pair with clear nylon thread (works a treat) but that did not stop me buying my new pair. Service is excellent as is the quality. Just want to say that I bought these before they were fashionable and will buy them forever regardless. I just wanted to write and say how brilliant your kids mittens are. My daughter is 6 years old and always complained of cold hands. I bought her the large pair of kids mittens before xmas and she has never complained of cold hands. I also have your sheepskin gloves and I can not believe how warm they are as I too am always freezing. Unfortunately she has lost 1 mitten, so I am ordering another pair, to replace. Please please make them in bigger sizes, and in gloves for kids for next winter, otherwise my little one will go back to having freezing hands.

About last November I purchased two pairs of your classic sheepskin boots for my husband and myself. Not only did they keep our feet warm during our very cold winter but we have just come back from going up the coast of Norway in the post boat, where they had a cold spell even for Norway. The temperature was mostly below -6C -12C and in Kirkenes it was -25C. Whilst my husband wore thick socks with his boots I only wore ordinary weight ones and some times we were out on deck for hours and our feet were never less than warm and cosy, even dog sledding without coverings on our feet, in Kirkenes! I thought you would like to know how efficient your boots are. Best wishes.

Hi. Just had to let you know, your house boots are wonderful. I am disabled, with arthritis and poor circulation in my feet, so I have trouble keeping my feet warm. a side-effect is that socks are uncimfortable, and sometimes painful. your boots don't need socks, they are so comfortable, and a tremendous relief. I may even save up and buy another pair for riding my electric scooter to walk my dog, as I cannot seem to find properly lined boots in men's sizes at sensible prices. I don't need tough boots, just warm ones. Once again, many thanks (my daughter now wants a pair of your mitts)

The only reason for the return was that ther hat was not deep enough to cover my ears, but I am looking through your catalogue and see if I can find anything that will do this for me. The quality of the materials was great. I must let yopu knopw that I purchased a black sheepskin fireside rug off of you several years ago and it it still like new. Would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

New Celt boots arrived sooner than I expected; they look and feel wonderful. Have had my last pair since 2003, so time for a different colour! I very much liked the Celtic cross that used to be on the side, but would rather have your neat little Celt label to that other name across the back of the boot heel. I felt I had to write tell you how wonderful our experience with Aqualamb boots has been. We have just returned from the Arctic circle where the temperature was minus 15 with wind chill minus 25 / 30 walking in 2 foot of snow(not long distances).Our feet were cosy, warm, comfortable and dry and never once did we feel cold. I would like to confirm that I want to use the voucher for the Classic Boots in Chocolate size 6. No, my daughter has 'played' me, she now has two pairs of boots, this pair is for her birthday. I must add that as a 'former' advocate of UGG boots from Australia, the boots you manufacturer are of far better quality. To try and promote British made products I have promoted your products to all of my students (aged 11 to 18) where I teach; I even approached a woman in a very 'posh' store who was looking at an UGG boot, she promptly put the UGG boot down and made a mental note of your website. I sincerely hope that you eventually help reduce the importing of Australian UGG boots to this country which are now actually manufactured en masse in China. Regards.

Hi. Well what can I say...they've arrived today and they are just heaven!!! I was a bit naughty and ordered this pair after buying leather riding boots earlier in the month. I have been wearing my boots this evening they are so comfy. Incidentally, my husband is most perturbed that you do not have a wider choice of menswear....so he's going to order himself a pair of bootee slippers instead, (he's 42). Please can you look at offering a wider selection for men such as hoodies (my hubby's suggestion) which are very much the vogue. We are going to be visiting Cornwall this year and your shop is the first attraction we are going to show our young son! We would like to say thank you for your lovely products and good service. We live in a 200 year old stone cottage in rural Herefordshire, with stone and wooden floors. Understandably, we treated ourselves to several items for Christmas. We had slippers, house boots, a boxi cardigan and merino wrist warmers. They are all gorgeous and a delight to use. Our only disappointment was that you had sold out of men's Donegal jumpers (which we'll order as soon as its available). We are firm believers in the 'Buy cheap, buy twice' maxim and are among the growing number of people who would rather buy a few good quality, ethically sourced British products than a pile of imported tat. I have a three year old pair of Ugg Boots which I wear constantly during the winter - they are still perfect except the sheepskin on the insole has gone a little bare. Hi! I just got the house boots I ordered from you today and I AM SO HAPPY! I've been wearing a pair of sheepskin boots for years and years and they, of course, ended falling apart. For many months I've been trying to find new ones with an equivalent quality.....impossible! And then I found you, finally people who are serious about what they are doing!! Got the boots today and my feet are jumping with joy. They are even more pretty than my older ones, with this Beautiful and super dense sheepskin you are using. The work is also amazing!
