My nan bought these for my little girl, she is 7 months old with large feet so we ordered the 6 - 12month boots having read the reviews, and they are still huge on her! they are lovely though and I'm sure once she eventually grows in to them they will look lovely on, they are very soft and warm. but she'll probably fit in them in the summer now and won't be able to wear them much.

one was made with totally different sheepskin and was alot thinner than the other so returned and am waiting for an exchange, 2 weeks is however along time to wait for a replacement of a faulty item. My little niece has very cold feet at the moment - please hurry up and send replacement !

Bought these bootees as my 10 month old grandson would not tolerate any shoes on his feet without a lot of crying. First try with these and he loves them, problem solved he loves them and he is even letting us try other shoes no problem.

These booties are so cosy. I bought a large as I could not find anything suitable to fit my 10 month old son's size 5 feet. He is cruising at the moment. The sole is actually non-slip enough for our wooden floor. The large is just a little big for him, but the long laces allow tying at the back, which suits us perfectly, as they definitely won't fall off.

Like Fiona I found these booties larger than expected. I bought the large size for an 18 month old but doubt if they will fit him till next year at this time. I had previously bought the smallest size in the slipper booties and found the same problem so tried these thinking they would be smaller.

These lovely cosy little bootees will be perfect for Scarlett when she's bigger - she's 15 months old and I should have bought the smaller size (for 6-12 months) but don't want to bother with the extra cost of return postage. Pity because the red is so Christmassy and they would have been perfect.

I have now purchased 5 pairs of these boots for various friends and family. They are really fab and good value, I love them! But, as they are puchased for presents it's nice to have them boxed but by the time you have paid for the overpriced box and postage, it makes them an expensive gift. I didn't buy the box the last time and they didn't look half as good in the plasic bag which them came in. I went and purchased a box somewhere else.

I have received a pair of red bootees, which are labelled as size 6. Unfortunately in your catalogue you quote this item as being for a 1-2 year old child. It would have been really helpful to have a shoe size beside the order description. My 13 month old grandaughter takes size 2 shoes, so these will probably fit her when she is 3. A little more guidance would have saved me additional postage in returning and re-ordering. I look forward to receiving the correct size. They look so cosy.

Very disappointed - soft, but quite thin, and ridiculously big, with very very long laces. I ordered the 6-12 month size for my 1yr old as she has quite little feet and I'd read the reviews saying they were big, but even so the boots just fell off. Tried tying the laces around her ankles as well after knotting at the front but even then we lost one on the first outing as her feet just slipped out. Very very disappointing.

Speedy next-day delivery, lovely item. I ordered six months to a year in size for my five-month old grandson and they're much too large at present. He just kicks them off! But hopefully they will fit him later in the winter and will no doubt be cosy and warm.

Quick delivery. Have not opened the package as it is intended as a gift. Disappointed no label to say it is 100% sheepskin and machine washable. Looks beautiful and soft though.

On the plus side the delivery was quick and the packaging good,but I was disappointed with the finish of the stitching and the gift card was not very neatly written. As this was a gift promised to my nephew in Poland I had to scrap the card and write my own. Not much for the extra 'gift wrap' paid for.
Sorry but would think twice about ordering again.

The little red boottees are beautiful and just as nice as expected. The parcel arrived the day following my telephone order. The only negative comment I would make(and it may be constructive) is that there is no label to give the new mum information that they come from Celtic Sheepskin, they are made in the UK and they are machine washable. Even a separate business card with this information would be helpful as I am about to cut up your catalogue to send with the gift.

Given the comments below, I'm wondering if the sizing is consistent - I ordered the first size for my granddaughter who is aged almost four months and whose feet measure 10cms from heel to toe. The bootees arrived but measure only 11 cms so there is very little growing room. As I had hoped these would last her over the winter I have sent them back for an exchange with the 6-12 months size. Fingers crossed...

Very warm & comfortable with soft sole. The only thing is that I ordered large size as my little one is 15 months old, and they came out in size 6 which is a bit bigger for us but should be fine for winter days.

Good value and attractive red booties which I plan to give to my cousin when she's had her baby. I was a bit concerned about loose tufts of wool coming off at the edges - not good for a baby - but I'm hoping a bit of a brush will remove the excess so they are safe to wear.

These are gorgeous but like other reviewers I have to question the sizing. I have a 1 year old with size 2 1/2 feet, the size for 1 - 2 years (L) came with size 6 attached - obviously much bigger than needed and literally fell off her feet. I have sent them back and I am awaiting the 6-12 month size which I'm hoping will fit much better and get us through the winter.

Love them! So so soft and cosy! The catalogue shows these as much more vibrant than they are on this website and i'd say they may be a tad darker than that up close but they're lovely all the same! Perfect for winter :) Can't wait for my baby to open these up on her first Christmas this year, they will be her first pair of slippers :)

I bought a pair of medium (size 6 -12 months) for my daughter who is now 11 months old. The were far too large for her. I've exchanged them for the smaller size 0 - 6 months. They're perfect with still enough growing space for over winter. They're beautiful bootees which actually stay on her feet and compared to others on the market are real value for money.
