Ordered Light Honey in Large and I'm a size 18 - 20 fits great.
Love this cardi, so warm and light, my mother in law is from Donegal, I showed it to her and it is the real macoy, she said the price is good, I have hardly taken it off. Think I will have it dry cleaned though when it needs it but it dosen't show the dirt.

I adored this cardi, it was just what I was searching for, but the size large was just not big enough across the bust. I needed another maybe 4 inches to stop it pulling and thus losing its shape. I am gutted, but reluctantly returned it. An xlarge i would definitley buy.

I have several pieces of Celtic knitwear and am generally very happy with them. My experience with this cardigan I am therefore putting down to bad luck, in light of the comments made by others. When I first received it, a large patchy hole appeared after wearing it once. It looked like a 'dropped stitch' problem, but I'm not a knitting expert. As always, Celtic replaced it with no quibble. After several wearings and one wash, sadly, a couple of small holes have appeared in my second one-looks like the same issue - very loose or dropped stitching or thin patches in the fibres which have snapped. I will sew these up myself since they are small and I have worn the cardi for a while and washed it. Having said all this, it's comfy, cosily snug and stylish looking- slightly large in sizing, but that means room for layers underneath. I have bought my husband the donegal scarf in the same fabric and he loves it, but I'm watching it like a hawk, just in case!

Bought it for myself as an Christmas Present! Bought a medium as I'm a 12-14 fits perfect. Great value, very good quality- highly recommend this item if you don't like wearing a big coat- lovely and warm. I have several of the Celtic range of jumpers and cardigans love them all.

I am a 14 and purchased a medium,
I know I will get a lot of wear out
of it - good for popping in and out.
I have also bought the shorter version
in the charcoal mix. I think they are
good value.

I bought this cardigan to replace an old favourite that was falling apart. This one is fast being coming a new favourite - perfect for those cool, bright winter days walking in the country or shopping in town. Great fit, great quality, great colour. Would love it in a dark green though...

I ordered the Donegal coat as I couldn't get my size in another I liked in the sale. However, I am very pleased with this one and am sure I will get a lot of wear out of it. Like several other, I do not find it is over-sized, but I am quite tall perhaps that is why the fit is ok. I also would like more variety of colours.

I'm really thrilled with the quality of this cardigan. I'd originally wanted the shorter one, and only ordered this because the other was out of stock. But I'm more than pleased with my decision - it's going to get plenty of wear all winter. The 'medium' is a good, slightly loose, fit.

I love this cardigan. I wore it out at the weekend to go shopping in kept me warm in the cold but not hot when I was in shops. Great fit, Brilliant Quality, worth the money, just like my other purchases.

I am very pleased with my charcoal long Donegal cardigan - it is cosy and I really like the shaping of it which is much more flattering than shows up in your catagogue picture. I find the medium size ideal as there is plenty of room for thick jumpers underneath.

I now have a charcoal and a honey long Donegal cardigan. We don't heat our house much and I live in them. They are soft, light comfortable, don't show the dirt and blend well with my other clothing. Yes, and they smell of sheep - lovely! I am size 12, but a medium fits well.

Having taken notice of previous buyers, I ordered size small even though I'm a size 14. It was the right decision and is a perfect fit. Looks brilliant, excellent quality, can't wait for the cold weather so I can enjoy wearing it! I think I'll be odering another in the other colour before too long as I can see these getting a lot of use over the coming months. Buy with confidence!

This was gorgeous but returned it because it was far too big...I'd suggest buying smaller than you think you need...lovely quality though.

Wore this - grey fleck colour - for first time today. Been too wet recently so I've been waiting impatiently! Very comfortable,light and cosy. Goes well with range of casual trousrs and jeans.
My'Celtic Sheepskin ' experience has been very good so far. Was disappointed to have to return the stylised fisherman's cable jumper.Found the neck irritating. Perhaps too close fitting.

The Medium is a perfect for me - knee length, as the photo suggests so a perfect dry weather 'coat' jumper. I bought the Grey Fleck - great with jeans, both blue and black, so am sure I'll use it for years - 'an investment purchase'!

I agree with the other reviewer that this cardigan is very nice. However, I ordered a small size and it was far too big (the chest measured about 42 inches). It looked the right size on my Mum who is size 14 so I would label it as a medium. Celtic Sheepskin put it down to the fit so I would advise anyone who is size 8 - 10 to ring first for the actual measurements. I was disappointed.
