I am very pleased with my shortie boots, I have previously had a pair for about 5 years, I have always washed them in the washing machine on a wool wash and either dried them outside or by a radiator. The new ones are just as comfortable as the old ones. They are just the right height to tuck your jeans in. Came the next day too:-)

I love my new short boots, had a pair of longer ones for the last 4 years which have now been relegated to slippers. I have always found them a good product and they wash well, so long as you leave them to dry out naturally - only wash them if you have to though as it does change them slightly.

Wish Celtic Sheepskin were a bit less stingy with their offers - if you ask Just Sheepskin about discount on bulk orders they are very helpful and willing - Celtic are not!

I am very pleased with my shortie boots. Very efficient service from CS and the boots are so comfy. I do think that they are a bit on the pricy side but this is the second pair of boots from this company and the others I've had for a year now and they are still looking good. Reading other reviews it seems that they last for years so if you look at it like that it's an investment!

Lovely well made boots - I bought them for my husband to replace his Ugg boots - he is normally a size 8 and he needed a size 9 - the exchange was very quick and no problem at all. I like the idea of the boots being made in Cornwall.

Gorgeous shortie boots - well made, excellent quality. Was worried about getting the wrong size because in some shops I'm a 6 and others a size 7 - so was pleased they were the same sizing as Clarkes shoes. Hope these last as long as the Uggs boots I purchased for my daughters 2 years ago. I decided not to buy Uggs myself, preferring to go for a British brand made in Britain and I think the quality of Celtic is much better!

I love my boots, I use them as house slippers as the shape of the CS mule slippers didn't work for my feet! Lovely and warm with no socks. I just wish they were more like the cost of the slippers, has CS got any plans to offer a better deal? The cost seems to have gone up so much...

My boyfriend ordered these for me and I just received them (very fast international shipping, btw, kudos for that). Changed into them at work and I fell like I wanna go to sleep now, they are so cozy and warm and no need for socks. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly, waiting for them to form around my foot. Great product!

Santa brought me shortie boots- special order in purple- they're gorgeous. Also recently had my much loved black ones re-soled- happily recommend this service, and will be sending some of my other boots for the same treatment. I now have ten pairs of assorted Celtic boots and wear nothing else except in very hot weather (actually, even then.......) You really need to consider a burgundy colour for various boot styles- they'd be really popular.

Lovely boots but had to send them back as, whilst I bought them small enough to bed down to my length foot, the heel is far too loose for my narrow feet. How disappointing!

I got my shortie boots last week. They were quite snug at first as the lining is so fluffy, but I wore with pop socks for a day or two and now I can wear normally with socks - they are very comfortable and look great!

I received my classic shortie boots this morning & have not taken them off! Lovely boots! Very comfortable, warm and sturdy. I am a size 6, but have slim feet so I opted to size down and brought a size 5, they were snug at first but fit fine now.
Great customer service, great boots, 1 am saving up for a 2nd pair!

I had to send these boots back as my heels slipped up in them so much that it was impossible to walk in them comfortably. I have exchanged them for an old trusty pair of the original Celt boots, as I had my previous pair about 7-8 years!

Real shame as I love the look of these but I was advised by customer services that they are designed that way to slip them on and off more easily? Personally I think it would make more sense to design them so they stayed on your feet comfortably - if you can pull longer boots on easily, shorter boots don't need roomier heels for that purpose, as far as I can see anyway!

First off, I thought they might be too small but having read your instructions on fitting I've decided they are okay and am trying to wear them around the house to 'bed' them down. The next size would slip on the heel.I would like to order some high boots as well but am waiting to see how I get on with these. I do have problem feet, I'm quite elderly & plagued with arthritis.

My other Celts, and that of the family, have outlasted all the other makes and models available. With the appropriate care and attention these boots take some punishment and still remain warm, well-fitting and rarely taken off.

These pair of shortie boots are a present for my husband who had his first pair last year and couldn't believe how comfortable they were and rarely took them off. I have had your boots and slippers for some time. I would agree with the previous comment - how about some snazzy colours, I would be buying another pair of boots with the fur tops but they are the same colour that I already own, a pale skin with fab fur top would be top of my christmas list.

As always, the Celtic boots are wonderful. I have had many pairs over the years.
However, the colour on this pair was different to what I expected - the “grey” was more a very deep blue, like a petrol blue. But I like it.
Have you ever thought of making the shorties in more colours - like purple!!
Again, a wonderful boot. The only problem is that once you put them on for Winter, you can't take them off.

These are my eighth pair of Celt boots; my first pair of shorties. As ever, they arrived when they said they would, are comfortable and easy to wear, and I expect that they will last a good long time. I wouldn't keep coming back if I wasn't completely happy.

Received my boots next day and absolutely love them. I won't entertain Ugg boots made in China, but did by from Ugg Australia (Australian made). However, now I've discovered Celtic Sheepskin co will not need to pay import duties anymore, plus the soles of Celtic boots are much more hard wearing. Love them. Will be back for more for the children when they see them no doubt. Thank you.

This is the third pair of these I've bought in recent years for my son who is a young adult with learning difficulties & neuropathy/gait issues & poor circulation who is very small for his age so he now has all the colours - the classic celt boots are just too long for his little legs but these are simply brilliant in that they are warm & light with an excellent gripping sole in the bad weather. Celtic Sheepskin - please please could you do them in the Aqualamb finish too?!?!We both simply adore our Celt boots & other products from Celtic sheepskin & support our Cornish heritage on my mother's side with pride. Customer Service is second to none for Online Ordering. Keep up the good work!!

I ordered a pair of these only days before Christmas and despite the snow which had stopped all other deliveries (including the milkman!), my boots arrived within 3 days; I was very inpressed! They're lovely, comfortable and much admired.
If I had another pair - quite likely - I'd probably order a size down; I'm 6 1/2 so was advised to have the size 7 - however I need thick socks to stop my heels from riding up at the back, which I'd rather not have to do with so much fluffy sheepskin to keep my feet warm anyway. The short length is ideal under trouser legs and not uncomfortable for driving like some longer boot legs.
I'd definitely recommend these and am pleased with the quality and all-round service - and they're made in Cornwall instead of China; thank you!

I got these in my normal size 5 as advised from customer services just before Xmas. Wore them straight away going shopping with cashmere socks. really nice boots but will not stay on back of my feet and slip off that much my socks move under my feet!!!! I was very upset as the most i have ever spent on footwear but thought would last me long time. I rang customer s they said the size 4 would tear over time as am size 5. They have sent me pair of insoles but not wore them out yet as wet weather. They said i could not have refund as wore them but what i dont understand is they say u have to wear them to bed the wool down to make them fit correct!!!! So what is a girl suppose to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WoW. I got them in all colours now except Grey which i am just about to order. If your thinking about owning a pair or indeed any of the range. Think no longer. They are simply amazing. comfortable, warm, stylish, hard wearing and not to mention made in CORNWALL.

These shorties are my second pair of Celtic Sheepskin boots. I was given the Toggle boots 3 years ago as a gift and they are still in perfect condition. I love your boots! So warm!! So comfortable!!! So durable!! I suffered a severe leg and ankle injury 2 years ago and your boots are the only footwear that I feel entirely comfortable in. anyone who doesn't own a pair of your boots, can't know what they're missing, it's like walking on clouds!

Yes I got a brown pair of these over a year ago.
I got a size 5. In a shoe I am normally a 6 now.
But they need to be snug when you start as they stretched with wear. The only thing is they move about at the back when you are walking? But a bit better since I put them in the washing machine and the wool has come back! any views anyone has I would like to get your ideas etc.

These are lovely, cosy and ideal to wear with pants. I bought them in black. I would have liked to see a wider range of colours, but I'm told by customer services that they can be ordered in any of the wide range of colours available in the other boots for a small aditional fee (£10). However, this means non-refundable, so you couldn't really do it with your first pair as you'd have to be sure the size was a good fit for you. Nice to know though!

These are glorious boots if you don't like to flaunt your boots because they fit very neatly underneath most trousers. I have these in the dark brown colour and have not been out of them since they arrived. They are super comfortable, and unlike some of the other brands I've tried, they actually provide some support under foot and at the ankle. Love em!
