Great stylist waterproof and windproof cape to cover those coats and jackets that are only shower proof. The small size is roomy enough to slip on over my sheepskin coat, not only keeping me dry but protecting my coat. Light to wear, adding minimal bulk and/or easy to carry or pack into a bag if needed. I have used it from day one, a useful addition to my wardrobe. Thank you Celtic.
