cannot fault there customer services. i brought my second pair in oct last year and a few weeks ago the seam around the heel became unstitched... when i phoned them they said send them straight back (freepost),,, i then recieved an email saying a new pair was in the post... unfortunately these got lost, when i phoned them to find out where they were they appologised and sent a new pair out on next day delivery.... thankyou so much guys..
i love my boots and will never buy any other brand and even buy them for my 6yro daughter who also lives in hers lol...

Just bought my second pair of boots (distressed black) Perfect fit -size 6. I normally wear my boots without socks but have had a slight problem as the black dye from the sheepskin has been transferring to my legs and feet - not a pretty sight. So I'm wearing socks with them now. Hopefully, this will resolve itself soon. As comfortable and warm as always. Next winter I might go for a bright colour!!

Its my second pair from Celtic.
When my pink pair arrived I immediately loved the color - pink in combination with black sole.
My right boot is much tighter than the left
I'm wearing it now hoping it'll stretch more.
I choose Celtic and not Uggs because it's made in UK when Uggs are produced in China.
The quality is very good and I'm very happy to wear my Celtic boots!

I can,t believe how good the service and products are!!I placed my order for a pair of these boots in forest at 10.30 on tues 22nd Feb and they were delivered at 12 noon on the 23rd Feb hows that for service!The boots are a perefect fit and after spending considerably more on a well known aussie brand I can safely say I will definately be ordering again both for myself and my daughter I just wish I had found you earlier.I really can't praise this company enough for their excellant customer service and amazing boots.

I have eventually got my beautiful Toscana boots in a size that fits me. They are well made, fantastically cosy and fit like a glove - well, like a sheepskin boot should!!

However, it has been a bit of a slog to get there. I sometimes take a size 7 and sometimes a size 8. So I originally ordered the 8 and it was far too big and sloppy and my heel lifted out of the boot completely. Returned them and swapped for size 7. Too small - big toe right at the end of the boot and was worried that with a bit of wear my foot would push forward and squish my toes too much. So rang CS again and was told that I could get a special order done for a 7 and a half. I had to cross my fingers and hope that they were going to be ok as you can't return special orders. But they are perfect. And worth the wait. I'm glad I persevered - even if it meant spending an extra £20 on returning 2 pairs of wrong size beforehand. (It's a shame that the person I spoke to first time around didn't have the knowledge that the second person did as I probably wouldn't have ordered a size 7).

The colour was gorgeous and they fitted perfectly, but as soon as I started walking the boot came away from my heel, it didn't support it at all. I tried without socks (lovely feeling!) and with thicker socks but sadly have had to return them - so have wasted the p&p in both directions - over a tenner to try on a pair of boots.. obviously the p&p has to be paid by someone, it's not CS fault, but I'm not sure I'll risk it again.

When my boots arrived the side seam on one was faulty. I rang to seek advice re. returns. I was told this would take 3 weeks. As I had ordered my boots in good time to wear on holiday I was very disappointed. When I finally received the replacement pair there was no apology and no voucher to recompense me for this poor service. As I have bought slippers and boots over several years and always been impressed by the good service and quality I am concerned that Celtic Sheepkin may be losing its grip!

Prompt delivery, well packaged item. Quality remains excellent, no difference between this pair of boots and the same pair bought three years ago. A “named” other producer was considered, but their quality is poorer(thickness of sheepskin)and choice of colour and style limited in my opinion.

Distressed black boots:
Lovely quality on the inside but I really didn't like the 'distressed' finish. I expected a muted soft finish:less 'hairy' than new suede Instead they have a slightly shiney cracked finish which is not apparent in the photographs and I don't like it at all! Sorry. It becomes very expensive to keep returning items so please can you make the descriptions and photographs more accurate. Thanks.

It took 2 weeks to ship my pair of distressed black boots to Latvia. They arrived in time - just before the Christmas. I did not like that the box was damaged but fortunately the boots were in a good condition.
Due to warm weather I did not have a chance to wear them. But the boots seem to be warm and cosy =)

Bought the short distressed boot version just before Christmas and love them. Debated long and hard over whether to get the Celt boots or the more popular Australia ones. I think I made the right decision! Lovely hardwearing sole and excellent quality. I find the wool inside is not as soft as other Ugg style boots, but am very pleaed. Fantastic customer service too!

Sadly my RED boots were not good. The dye came off on the newly acquired slouch socks..The quality of the sheepskin is thin and I am returning them, The boots are so floppy they flop over when left to stand up. My previous Rustic Boots were much better quality.

My third pair of your boots this season, giving me a collection of Aqualamb,Toscana and now Classic - all calf length.
All received in record fast time from placing the order.
The Aqualamb boots (now no longer available) came up larger in size than the other two pairs (I'm size 7 1/2 therefore order 8) but the Toscana and Classic are a perfect fit and they are all so comfortable that one doesn't want to take them off.
The Toscana (mine in grey) are very glamorous and have received a lot of admiring comments but the Classic boots in the distressed black leather have to be my favourite - so soft and beautiful - I wear them in the house the whole time!

My Celt calf boots arrived when expected and I'm very pleased with them. Quality is excellent, they are true to size and the colour (vole) is gorgeous. I really like the chunky sole too. One thing you might want to consider - I found them to be quite snug around the calf - fine over thick tights but you might have a job tucking jeans in.

Really happy with my new calf boots in Spice. Bought them for watching my son play football on sunday mornings. Really warm, and look great.
Was worried that when ordering my normal size 9, they would be too tight, but, after half an hour of wearing them in the house, they were just perfect.
They seem to be a really good quality, and now looking forward to the really cold weather.
Next morning delivery as well.
My kids told me that it was only women that wear this type of boot, but they have had to eat their words, as they really do look great.

Ordered calf length but have returned to swap for regular in order that they fit under my skinny jeans easier. The waterproof sole and edging make them easier to wear outside without getting damaged. I just received a pair of Black Calf length Celt boots in a size 7 and I am in love! I'm normally a 7 and half in shoes but the size 7's fit me perfectly after a day of wearing in around the house. These are such cosy, snuggly warm boots and very well made. They are much comfier than the Aussie Uggs I have and look to be a better quality too. They arrived yesterday and there was much excitement and trepidation as we worked out how to navigate her feet into the correct position - you were right the seam did cause a couple of headaches but we prevailed and the flexible sole enabled a corkscrew approach which resulted in a perfect positioning. For the first time in 7 years we will be going out this winter with our daughter in proper footwear which fits well and looks great. We thank you and everyone who was involved in making it happen! Hopefully we will be back again soon. My husband and I both think that we may be able to get away with the ribbon ties and our daughter has also expressed her enthusiasm. Bought the Celt boot in Purple to try and brighten up the winter and look different from the widely used classic ugg colour. So pleased I did as they look (and feel) fantastic! I am looking forward to wearing them to death as they are so warm and comfortable. Only tiny issue I had was I paid for next day delivery as I was going up north for a few days and wanted to take them with me. They didn't arrive but can't blame Celts for that and recommend the company for great service, they did everything they could to find out where my boots were, so much so that I couldnt even get annoyed with them. These boots are amazing, I simply adore them! Being a woman with size 12 feet it's not easy to find nice comfy footwear that is fashionable and looks feminine too but these are perfect and come in a fabulous range of colours and height options too! Unlike previous ugg style boots I've had, these ones have good hard wearing grippy soles, so no more slipping in the rain! I love these boots so much I'm already starting to save up to buy myself the knee length ones next winter, can't wait! The boots arrived speedily the next day which was great. Initially they felt very tight, but as I had read that the sheepskin loosens as you wear them I wore them for a day and sure enough they fit perfectly now. They are very warm and comfortable and look fantastic in black. I wore them out on a mild day and they were very warm - I'm really looking forward to the freezing weather setting in!

Came today. Handsome, comfortable and I am delighted with the mid calf length because it gives me the option of turning them down. I have worn them at home today to make sure they are a good fit. I was impressed with the speed of delivery. Did order Classic sheepskin jacket and very pleased with it and will make good use of it for years to come. I also orders 3 pairs of boots because I couldn't decide which particular style would compliment my new jacket. The boots are all very nice but I am still undecided which to keep as the coat lining is a honey colour (black outer) and the boots are black with grey lining and I already have a light coloured pair. Overall I am very pleased with all the items just wish I could afford to buy the full length Cabra coat and matching the boots wouldn't be a problem!!

Bought the taller version of these boots around 1987 and have worn them every winter since. I've worn them across fields, walking the dog and also in town; they dry without stain and wash well too. They've been worn in snow, ice, rain always without socks and only at the beginning of this year has a tiny bit of hide split by the sole. What a fab investment over 20 years ago! these are the warmest, comfiest boots ever! i have them in a few colours and they just last and last. The soles mean they are actually ment for outdoors, unlike other brands of sheepskin boots.
I love the fact they can have new soles put on them when they need it and when i get new insoles it makes them feel brand new again!
The staff in Newquay are all really friendly too, i wouldn't buy any other brand of sheepskin boot.

Two years ago I bought a pair of these, a little more expensive than some, but so worth it. They still have all of the sheepskin on the inside, no bald bits. The soles are still in good condition and haven't needed replacing (some makes of this kind of boot have really soft soles). The shape of the bottom of the sole doesn't bring in grit from outside (unlike some boots). And the outsides are needless to say also still going strong, and unlike most brands, they don't sag.

I have just received my first pair of Celt boots and I am thrilled with them - they are the most comfortable and warm boots I have ever had. We are due snow this week and the temperature will drop very low here so these boots couldn't have come at a better time! As your website predicted they did feel tight when I first put them on, but within two hours of wearing round the house they are a perfect fit for me - I just don't want to take them off.

Have had the black nappa model for a couple of years now. Fantastic. Feet lovely and warm but not too hot and never cold. I wear them with a thin pair of cotton socks. Wore them all the time in the snow last year; treated the nappa with a soft wax waterproofer especially for leather and they're perfect. The only reason that I haven't ordered another pair yet is that I can't decide which colour to go for and which length!

I first bought these boots about seven years ago - they lasted about five years - that was walking two very lively collies every through all weathers and terrain - also took them two years running to the french alps - strapped on spikey soles - again they performed wonderfully - kept my feet warm and comfy. Had my new turquoise calf high boots for 7 days now. They are fab!!! very snug for the first day but now they feel perfect. Im already talking myself into buying the forest green ones next. Im now called the lady in blue by many school kids as i bike past them to work each day. Probly not the best idea to go wearing a blue top with a blue bike and a blue bag and my new blue boots :) dont think i can do subtle. I even found some furry tops to go on the boots in Next for £10, you should think about making some?

I'll be buying these boots again this winter. Bought my first pair 15 years ago in Cornwall - best Uggs I ever owned (eaten by the puppy). I've bought other brands since but am coming back to Celts - others may be cheaper but just don't wear as well and their soles wear down too quickly and the heel bits come apart. I wear my boots mainly indoors, but have to get up a steep, gravelled slope to our postbox in winter and these are by far the best boots for the job.
