CHOOSE MEN'S KNITWEAR FOR FATHER'S DAY GIFT
Men's knitwear could be the ideal present for Father's Day this year, according to a fashion expert.
Lee Douros from my-wardrobe.com spoke to the Scotsman about current trends, many of which involve wool knitwear.
He said woollen items such as men's jumpers are on-trend, as they reflect the 1980s revival seen on many catwalks.
"For a classic day look, team straight-cut or skinny jeans with a jersey polo buttoned to the neck and a slim-fitting v-neck cardigan or jumper in a bold bright colour or classic marl grey," Mr Douros advised.
Denim could also be a popular gift for Father's Day, held this year on June 20th.
This would help men achieve the summer trend of wearing two items made from the material at the same time, which has been sported by celebrities such as David Beckham.
For a more formal look, casual shorts and shirts worn with deck shoes allow men to achieve the classic Riviera summer style that is currently proving popular, Mr Douros added.
