CHOOSE MEN'S KNITWEAR FOR "PICNIC THEME"
Men could choose wool knitwear to achieve a "picnic theme" outfit, displayed on the catwalks of Milan Men's Fashion Week.
D&G highlighted this style by choosing rolled-up shorts, sunglasses, hats and plaid clothing, the Daily Beacon reports.
Men attempting to copy the trend should invest in a cardigan, which can be worn over a fitted V-neck top, the publication explains.
To get a "classy look", roll the sleeves up on the cardigan and team it with a pair of jeans, it adds.
Paris Men's Fashion Week also featured wool knitwear, with knitted cycling shorts worn by Lanvin models, Agence France-Presse revealed.
"The clothes are classic, you can wear them anywhere. We didn't show a single tuxedo this time," the international news agency quoted designer Alber Elbaz as saying.
Outdoor clothing proved popular at the fashion event, with designers opting for the theme of a city worker who enjoys escaping to the country.
