ETHICAL CLOTHING: AUTUMN COLOURS 'WILL BE USED INTO NEXT YEAR'
Autumn colours for men's ethical clothing is a trend which is likely to continue beyond the next season, a commentator asserts.
Gary Kane, writing for the Associated Press, claims Robert Geller's spring 2010 designs continue to use the autumn palette.
His items are inspired by late-1950s German styles and were presented in front of a leafy backdrop.
Men's knitwear plays a key part in Geller's designs, with cashmere featuring heavily in the designs.
Earthy tones such as dark plum will continue to be used, along with ocean grey, those looking at buying new ethical clothing may be interested to discover.
Mr Kane reports that Mr Geller has connected his designs with a period of German history connected to hope and renewal, using this inspiration to produce an optimistic collection.
Earlier this month, Dominik Macinger told Seek4Shopping that men's knitwear has been used in numerous catwalk shows this year, suggesting it will be popular in the autumn season.
