MEN'S KNITWEAR SEEN ON RED CARPET
Men's knitwear was sported by US rap star Common, who took to the red carpet with girlfriend Serena Williams this week.
Common - whose real name is Lonnie Rashid Lynn - attended the New York premiere of Date Night with the tennis star.
He wore a pale grey knitted waistcoat, which looked smart when teamed with a white and grey striped shirt and matching tie.
The star - who has a role in the movie - combined the knitwear with navy jeans and grey trainers.
Williams looked glamorous and wore a figure-hugging dress with a navy waistcoat and high heels.
She carried a chic black patent clutch bag and wore her hair in a Cleopatra-style bob.
The tennis star is well known for her performance on the court - both in singles matches and alongside sister Venus.
Serena won Wimbledon last year and has often competed against her sister in the finals of major tennis tournaments.
