WOOL KNITWEAR 'IDEAL WORK ATTIRE'
A ladies or mens jumper could be the ideal choice for teachers heading back to work in the coming weeks.
This is according to the Edmonton Journal, which explains wool knitwear could help new members of staff feel comfortable with their appearance on their first day.
Anya Tan says she finds it hard to know what to wear because she has a small frame and sometimes gets mistaken for a student.
She discovered a soft grey ladies jumper along with a purple tank top that "adds a nice punch to an otherwise monochromatic set", the publication notes.
And Neil Carby - who is about to start his new job as a teacher - also opted for knitwear.
He teams a black cardigan with trousers of the same colour, a shirt and a skinny tie.
A mens jumper could be an alternative way to achieve this look, as the garment can be worn over a smart shirt during colder weather.
Knitwear may be a wise investment, as it is just as appropriate for more casual occasions.
