Russian architecture expert Clem Cecil tells the publication a ladies cashmere jumper is essential, as it acts as a "smart staple" that can be worn with fur gilets, statement belts and huge scarves.

The news source suggests it can be difficult getting the balance right between looking sleek in the city streets as well as being practical in rural spots.
