LAYERING 'BIG TREND FOR FASHION WORLD THIS YEAR'
Layering continues to be one of the big trends in the fashion world this autumn, an expert asserts.
Industry expert Lauren Yalich tells the Baltimore Sun that this is going to be one of the most noticeable looks.
She suggests that combinations of tank tops, ladies' knitwear such as cardigans and vests work particularly well.
Among the ladies' knitwear that will be most popular are boyfriend blazers and sweaters, often in darker colours such as grey and brown.
Ms Yalich tells the news provider: "What's so great this year is that [the fashion world is] making jeans that are great for boots."
She highlights the benefits of combining footwear and clothing, which could interest those wearing Ugg style boots.
Layering is also an important tactic for children, with Stamford Plus' Iva Naydenova advising parents to combine knitwear with other items when dressing their girls for school, as this can create an attractive and adaptable outfit.
