UGG STYLE BOOTS 'POPULAR IN LEEDS'
Ugg style boots are one of the must-have trends in Leeds city centre, it has been claimed.
In an Adfero survey, one in four female students say they are buying, or intending to buy, flat boots this season.
Recent research by Vauxhall Motors found that Leeds is the fashion capital of the UK, beating London due to the large number of locals saying they do not follow other people's rules when they are picking out outfits.
More than half of Leeds students asked say they will not be cutting back on their spending, with another 15 per cent saying they are not sure.
Natalie Crawford, a 21-year-old student at Leeds Metropolitan University, says that it is flat footwear she is interested in, those buying Ugg style boots may be interested to discover.
Grazia magazine recently claimed that the streets of Leeds are the scene of a war between Ugg style boots and designer's offerings, with its writer saying she has never seen so many of these types of footwear in one place.
