BRIDE WEARS UGG STYLE BOOTS ON WEDDING DAY
Ugg style boots can be worn for most occasions, as one bride proved when she donned a pair on her wedding day.
Louise Boardman from Rochdale had to make her way through winding roads to get to her wedding ceremony in the thick snow.
Her vintage wedding car had to be exchanged for a 4x4 vehicle, which could cope better in the extreme conditions.
Ms Boardman was seen in champagne coloured Ugg style boots, which were a present from the groom, worn beneath her matching wedding dress.
The bride had a fur shawl over the bodice and carried deep red flowers as a large golfing umbrella was held firmly above her.
Reports claimed that Ms Boardman kept wearing her Ugg style boots until the last minute, when she entered the church and changed into more traditional footwear.
It has been announced by the Met Office that more snow is expected to hit parts of the UK this week.
North west England may see heavy snow today (January 13th), it was predicted.
