The Girls Aloud singer, solo artist and X Factor judge was pictured in the Daily Mail near London's May Fair Hotel wearing the elegant outfit.
She had teamed her ladies' knitwear with a nude pair of peep-toe heels and swept her hair into an elegant up-do to create a stylish look.
The black knitted dress showed off Cheryl's enviable figure but was a much simpler style than the frocks she is usually spotted in on the X Factor.

It was recently revealed that Cheryl, who is the new face of L'Oreal, spends £200,000 on her appearance each year.
