KNITWEAR COULD BE IDEAL FOR EXPECTANT MOTHERS
Knitwear may be the perfect clothing for expectant mothers who want to remain fashionable.
This is according to writers at parenthots.com, who spoke to fashion stylist Peter Lum.
He says knitwear, wraps and shift dresses are all fashionable looks that enable pregnant women to feel confident.
Mr Lum spoke about celebrities who are happy to show off their bumps and says not everybody dares to follow their lead.
"Think about knits. There are loads of knits. They are not necessarily one weight and one weight only. Use something lightweight," he urges.
Fabrics are an important part of feeling comfortable during pregnancy.
Polyester can make women feel hot when they are already slightly warmer than normal.
Cotton might be a better option as it is relatively cooling and is also easy to look after, Mr Lum suggests.
Denise Van Outen, who is expecting her first child with Lee Mead, recently told the Daily Mail she owns thirty cardigans and still likes to wear skinny jeans.
