MISCHA BARTON LEAVES SALON IN KNITWEAR
Mischa Barton has left a US hair salon sporting ladies knitwear and a new look.
The actress stepped out of the Hollywood hairdressers with platinum blonde hair - a change from the darker tresses she had previously.
Wearing a woollen knitted coat, Barton had a 1950s look and put her hair in an up-do to match the era.
The black knitwear was worn over a blue and red rockabilly-style dress and the OC actress complemented this with a splash of bright red lipstick.
Her dogs were seen following the star out of the California salon, where Barton had been seen laughing and chatting to staff.
Last month the actress was pictured filming scenes for US drama Law and Order, for which her hair was dyed dark brown.
She wore tan Ugg style boots as she took a break from filming for the show. Barton had been wearing white platform shoes as she played the part of a prostitute in the drama.
