When selecting a ladies cashmere jumper to wear this winter, there are certain guidelines women may wish to bear in mind.

To begin with, ladies knitwear should be purchased in neutral shades of camel, beige, cappuccino or mushroom.
Sweaters should be worn with either a slim skirt or trousers, as a more grown-up alternative to the leggings and tunic combination that has existed for a number of seasons.
The publication also suggests outdoor clothing is key, as a light coat is ideal for the transitions between seasons and looks chic with the fashionable ensembles of autumn and winter.
Women who prefer not to wear coats and jackets could instead opt for layering items of knitwear, such as cardigans, hats and scarves, to get a cosy winter look.
