SUSAN BOYLE WRAPS UP IN LADIES' KNITWEAR
The Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle has wrapped up in ladies' knitwear on her return to Scotland.
Susan had been touring to promote her debut album I Dreamed A Dream, which has sold more copies in its first week than any other on record.
Her first single, Wild Horses, was released last week and went straight to number one on the UK charts.
This week she returned home to Blackburn in Scotland and demonstrated her new-found style.
Gone are the days of the 48-year-old spinster being regarded as dowdy and drab, as Susan looked fashionable in ladies' knitwear.
She dressed in a red woollen scarf and grey knitted cardigan with a white coat and Santa hat as she posed for photographers outside her house.
Ladies' knitwear is one of this season's hot trends, according to Vogue Magazine and Susan is not the only celebrity wearing woollen clothes.
Katy Perry, Rihanna and Katie Holmes are some of the stars who have been pictured in knitted outfits in recent weeks.
