The star was pictured in Now magazine wearing a long black jumper and Ugg style snow boots with a designer handbag perched on her arm.
Navy faded jeans were tucked into the boots and Simpson had a black puffa-style jacket with fur edging to keep her warm.
According to the publication, wrapping up has turned into a hot trend among style icons due to the recent cold snap.
Wearing a chunky-knit cardigan with Ugg style boots is an ideal fashionable combination to keep chills at bay, it added.
Simpson has frequently been snapped sporting the cosy footwear. A particular favourite way to wear Ugg style boots of hers seems to be with the tops folded over.
