WOOL KNITWEAR 'SUITS VERY UNPREDICTABLE WEATHER'
Wool knitwear may be a wise choice for those looking for clothing to suit changeable weather.
This is the advice of the Manila Standard Today, which asked people in the Philippines' capital city how best to dress for "very unpredictable weather".
One respondent said: "When it gets a little windy or rainy, I have a cardigan on hand. It's perfect since cardigans are light but just cosy enough to keep me warm."
Mens jumpers could also be a key item, as another participant suggested wearing anything made from breathable fabrics, with advice also noting anything that is comfortable should be suitable for males.
Women could find a scarf a handy accessory, as it can be worn when the weather turns cooler, the publication revealed.
According to the Met Office, much of the UK will be sunny today (August 16th), although there will be wind and showers in certain parts of the country.
Dressing to suit such climes could be an important consideration for many Brits.
