We are happy to deliver our products wherever you are in the world. Please select your country of residence from the drop down menu, when prompted at the checkout.
Q. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
Delivery is charged depending on where you are situated in the world and how quickly you want to receive your order. Once you have decided on which products you would like to purchase, our automatic delivery calculator will give you the options, costs and delivery times available. PLEASE REMEMBER that these delivery times assume that the products you are ordering are in stock.
UK Postage Prices & Options
We currently offer a range of postage for UK mainland deliveries. Please note that sometimes the weight or value of your order may restrict the type of delivery available. The postage options are detailed below, split into to boxes; Standard and Timed services.

Next Day, Home Delivery Timed and Parcel Force deliveries are all trackable services and the details for expected delivery will be included in your despatch email along with the consignment number and a link to an online tracking page, allowing you to keep an eye on its where-abouts.
UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery
Our Standard postage option is Royal Mail First Class or Home Delivery Network 24. 95% of First Class mail arrives the day after it is posted, and will almost always arrive within 7 days.
However, if you require a guaranteed Next Day delivery we recommend you select that option. Standard orders will usually be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed, providing the products are in stock.
Next Day Delivery
This option will require a signature on receipt.
Next Day Delivery is a next working day delivery for orders placed before 1300. Orders placed after 1300 will not be despatched until the following working day. For example orders placed after 1300 on Thursday will not arrive until Monday. If you would like delivery on a weekend, please select Saturday delivery.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 1300), weekend or Bank Holiday will not be posted out until the following working day, usually Monday. Please note that if we experience problems authorising your card payment, we cannot be held responsible for delays in despatch.
Next Day delivery is only available within the UK mainland. Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland may be delayed.
Usually, we can send parcels using an express service to other areas (even outside of the UK) but please contact us to see what we can offer.
UK Home Delivery Network
The latest addition to our delivery options, HDN is the market leader in residential deliveries and offers a fully trackable alternative to Royal Mail's parcel post. Although they are yet to offer a carbon neutral service, they have a green ethos and have won the 2007 and 2008 Online Green Award.
Saturday Delivery
If you are not at home during the week then select Saturday to have your order delivered on, well, the next Saturday!
Next Day AM - Morning Delivery
Our quickest weekday delivery. Order up to 1 o'clock in the afternoon and receive your order the following morning (working days only). Delivery can be expected between 0700 and 1200)
Next Day PM - Afternoon Delivery
Ideal if you've got the next day off work but fancy a lay-in! Order up to 1o'clock and receive the following afternoon (working days only). Delivery time is between noon and 1730.
Next Day - Avoid the School Run
You've been waiting in all day for a delivery but have to pick the kids up from school. You leave the house at the last possible moment, barely stop outside the school gates as you scoop up the kids and head back home. And it's just typical, like the traffic warden who tickets you at one minute past the hour, the delivery was attempted during those few moments you were out. Well no more!
Avoid School Run service is a Next Day delivery made from 0930 to 1430, thereby allowing you to rest assured that you wont miss your order being delivered. Order before 1 o'clock and delivery will be the following working day.
Next Day - Evening Delivery
For our customers who need their order the following day but will not be home during the day to receive the delivery. Simply select our Evening Delivery option and your order will arrive the following evening, between 1700 and 2100 (working days only).
UK Carbon Neutral Standard Delivery
Introduced in September 2007, we take pleasure in offering Parcel Force's Carbon Neutral Standard Delivery option. This is an express delivery service and will usually be delivered within 2 working days of despatch and will require a signature. It is a carbon offset scheme, which enables Parcel Force to neutralise emissions by investing in projects e.g. planting trees through The Woodland Trust, which enable greenhouse gases to be absorbed or reduce the need to burn fossil fuels. Where possible, your order will be despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, in fact the vast majority of orders are despatched within 24 hours. This does rely on your order being in stock but the website will display the latest stock status so you will know before you place your order. If for some reason the website stock is incorrect we will contact you by phone or email to discuss your options.

International Deliveries (outside of the UK)
Please note that with international orders we will only deliver to the cardholder's billing address. The postage cost is calculated by the weight, volume and destination hence why there is no postage cost table. The cost for delivery will be displayed after you have entered your address but before you have entered your payment details.
We use Royal Mail Priority Airmail (with International Signed For) and Parcel Force for international deliveries. If you require more information please contact us.
Q. Can I use UK next day delivery anywhere in the UK?
Next day delivery is only applicable in mainland UK. Unfortunately, it's not guaranteed to certain areas. These include: the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50. If you are in any doubt please contact us.
The speed of delivery depends on the postage you have selected and the destination. Please see our Postage Prices & Options for details. Where possible, your order will be despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing an order, in fact the vast majority of orders are despatched within 24 hours.
For the majority of orders, UK delivery is made within four days of the order date. However, depending on the type of delivery, and the delivery location, it can take up to 15 working days for your order to be delivered (28 days for international delivery).
Q. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Next Day, HDNL and Parcel Force deliveries all offer a trackable service with the details for expected delivery being included in your despatch email, along with the consignment number and a link to an online tracking page, allowing you to keep an eye on its where-abouts.
Over 95% of Royal Mail Standard Delivery parcels arrive the next day. If yours has not yet arrived, we ask that you check with your neighbours to see if it has been left with them,
or your local delivery office, in case they have tried to deliver but forgotten to leave a card. If your parcel has still not arrived after 10 working days please contact us.
Q. What happens if my order is split over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
Q. What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Don't worry. The person who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day or to collect from the delivery office yourself.
